We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or there is a dental emergency, every attempt will be made to see you that day.

We recognise the value of your time and always endeavour to be punctual with your appointments. 
Due to the fact we provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Re-scheduling of Appointments

Your appointment is time especially reserved for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, please 
give us as much notice as possible. This will enable us to accommodate someone who has been waiting for an appointment. If you don’t let us know you can’t make the appointment you will be charged in full.
