Scheduling & Emergencies
We’ll always do our best to book your appointment at a time that suits you. If you’re in pain or have an urgent dental concern, we’ll prioritise you for the earliest available slot – often on the same day.
Need to cancel or reschedule? Please give us as much notice as possible, so that we can offer the slot to someone else in need.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment with us is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll take the time to understand your concerns, thoroughly assess your oral health and discuss treatment options with you in clear, simple terms.
You’re encouraged to ask questions and be part of every decision. We want you to feel comfortable and informed from the start.
Payment Policy
At Hout Bay Dental Studio, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care at the most reasonable cost to you. As a fully private practice, we do not submit claims or receive payment from medical aid schemes.
Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless you’ve made alternative arrangements in advance.
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club cards.
You remain fully responsible for all treatment fees, regardless of your medical aid coverage. Each quotation and invoice includes the necessary ICD‑10 codes to submit claims yourself.
At Hout Bay Dental Studio, we don’t believe in “cheap dentistry”– we believe in care that lasts. While our fees may sometimes be higher than discount clinics, we use only high-quality materials, advanced technology and experienced professionals. This upfront investment means stronger, longer-lasting results that often save you money – and protect your health – in the years ahead.
